Description

WS11K CNC horizontal down-adjustable three-roller plate bending machine can realize the pre-bending and rolling of the end of the sheet metal at one time.

Thickness specifications 6mm-350mm, width specifications 1000mm-12000mm

The model also has the following features:
▶The working rolls are all rolled steel and treated with tempering. The work roll chemical composition, hardness test and ultrasonic flaw detection report shall be provided when the equipment is delivered.
▶Work roll bearings are all used wide series spherical roller bearings.
▶The upper roller is pressed down by using the conjoined double cylinder technology, which is arranged one up and one down.
▶The center distance of the two lower rollers is fixed, and the two lower rollers can move horizontally together, with pre-bending and symmetrical rolling functions.
▶The two lower rollers are mainly driven, and the upper roller is passively rotated. The two lower rollers are driven to rotate by two sets of independent motor reducers, which automatically adapt to the requirements of the rolling plate deformation process, eliminate mechanical interference and vibration, and save energy and environmental protection.
▶The hydraulic system is independent of the machine body and is easy to maintain. The hydraulic system is equipped with cooling and oil temperature heating devices.
▶The control system is self-developed, leading in China, with manual and micro-control two control methods, and can be switched to each other.
